Returns & Refunds
All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If you have already paid for your order and you need to change it or cancel it, you must contact us within 3 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request for a return.
In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In order to start a return process, you can contact us at Contact@Stylishcork.com. If your return request is accepted, you must ship the package by using a reliable shipping service that will include a tracking number (the responsibility for shipping back to us will be at your expense).
We will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items that will be shipped back to us without requesting a return first, will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at Contact@Stylishcork.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and find the best solution for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you want to exchange an item and in order to ensure that you will get your desired item instead, the fastest way to do it is by returning the old item that you have purchased to the address that we will provide you. Once the item will be returned back to us, we will notify you and than you can purchase a new item instead. Plase contact us at Contact@Stylishcork.com and we will be happy to assist you.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your shipment and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you willl be automatically refunded in the same original payment method. Please be informed that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and executed the refund request.
